Thank you for shopping with Sold By Case. Please review our policy regarding order fulfillment, as we do not offer delivery or shipping services.
1. No Shipping Policy

Local Pickup Only: Sold By Case does not ship or deliver any products. We do not offer domestic or international shipping, and we cannot accommodate requests to ship items via third-party carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

Digital/Service Exceptions: If your purchase is entirely digital or a service, it will be delivered via email or rendered in person as per your agreement.
2. Pickup Instructions
All physical orders must be collected in person at our designated location.

How It Works: Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or text notification with instructions on how to collect your items.
3. What to Bring for Pickup
To ensure a secure handoff, please bring the following when you come to collect your order:

A copy of your order confirmation email (digital or printed).

A valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order.

If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please notify us in advance with their name.
4. Inspection Upon Pickup
Because all sales are final, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect your items at the pickup counter before leaving our premises. Once an item leaves our location, Sold By Case is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or defects.
5. Abandoned Orders
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make arrangements. Orders left past this window without communication may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
