Because we operate exclusively on a No Shipping / All Sales Final model, please review our policy regarding purchases, returns, and refunds below.
1. All Sales Are Final

No Refunds: All purchases made with Sold By Case are final. We do not offer cash, credit card, or store credit refunds for any products or services once a transaction is completed.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items. We encourage all customers to carefully review their items, orders, or service agreements prior to completing their purchase.
2. No Shipping Policy

In-Person Only: Sold By Case does not offer shipping or delivery services.

Pick-up / Service Location: All physical goods must be collected in person at our designated location, and all services are rendered locally.

Inspection Upon Receipt: For physical items, customers are expected to inspect the product at the time of pickup. Once the item leaves our premises, Sold By Case is no longer responsible for any subsequent damage or defects.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We only replace or address items under very specific, limited circumstances:

Major Defects / Discrepancies: If a product or service deviates entirely from what was explicitly agreed upon or possesses a major structural defect prior to leaving our possession, please bring it to our attention immediately during pickup so we can rectify the situation.
